Allows the base-currency balance of bank accounts to be adjusted, to correct erroneous exchange differences.
When posting some payments or receipts to foreign-currency bank accounts, the system may post an incorrect base-currency amount, as a result of rounding differences due to the limitation of 6 decimal places for the exchange rate.
This routine allows the base-currency value of the bank account to be adjusted, without affecting the foreign-currency balance.
A nominal journal is created (using the Exchange Differences account) to record the adjustment.
